1. Upon receipt of a damage claim form to the warranty service post, the service engineer calls up the Customer and determines the location of the machine and the "symptoms" of the malfunction.
2. Prepayment invoice is issued.
3. After payment is completed, the service engineer heads to the car, makes repairs (if there are spare parts available) and issues invoice for spare parts, or the service engineer diagnoses the car’s issue, after which the Customer is given the list of necessary spare parts for car. Upon receipt of spare parts, repairs are made. Finally, labor invoice is issued.
4. After the paid repair, a report for paid work and an act of completion are signed.
