1. Upon receipt of machine breakdown claim by means of an official letter, telephone call or application on the website, a service engineer calls up the Customer and determines the location of the machine, the engine hours and the “symptoms” of the malfunction.

3. A malfunction is determined, and if possible, fixed. However, it is also determined if the case is subject to a warranty service. If the case is not subject to warranty service and repair is not possible, the warranty is registered in the DMS system.
